Open plan kitchen dining and seating area with a wood burning stove. Utility room with additional shower, WC and wash hand basin. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one double and two twins and a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, WC and wash hand basin.

Oil fired heating, electric oven, and gas hob, fridge and separate fridge freezer in the utility, washing machine and dishwasher, bed linen and towels provided. Parking for 2 cars.
